Dr.
Waling
joined
the
Marine
Corp.
upon
High
School
graduation
and
from
there
graduated
from
Naturopathic
Medical
School
in
Seattle
in
1982.
He
has
been
considered
a
Visionary
and
a
Maverick
amongst
his
peers
in
any
venture
he
has
taken
on.
As
an
individual
that
tries
to
think
outside
of
the
box
Dr.
Waling
challenges
conventional
thinking
of
the
day
via
conservative
or
progressive.
Early
in
his
career,
Dr.
Waling
has
been
involved
in
consulting
and
research
for
the
advancement
of
Holistic
Medicine
as
well
as
science.
He
was
an
invited
member
into
the
New
York
Academy
of
Sciences
and
the
American
Association for the Advancement of Sciences.
Dr.
Waling
has
many
years
of
international
experience
and
has
been
involved
with
the
development
of
UXO,
IED
type
landmine
detection
systems
and
protocols
and
has
spent
over
40
years
in
the
research
of
alternative
energy
sources.
Previously
servicing
as
the
Chief
of
Staff
for
the
USV
Joint
Services
Command
10
th
Regional
Command
–
101
st
BCT,
Col.
Dr.
Waling
is
now
the
Commanding
Officer
for
the
National
Headquarters Medical Command (MEDCOM).
Dr.
Waling
has
many
years
as
the
President
and
CEO
of
InterGlobal
Resources
and
even
with
his
busy
schedule
manages
to
receive
the
Presidents
Volunteer
Service
Award
for
2019
and
2020
issued
by
President
Donald
J
Trump
and
a
Life Saver Medal with the US Air Force Auxiliary.

Mohamad
El
Zein
was
born
and
raised
in
Lebanon.
After
finishing
his
high
school
education
in
the
early
seventies,
he
moved
to
Great
Britain
and
studied
language
and
business
administration
in
London.
After
completing
his
studies
in
England,
Mr.
El
Zein
moved
to
Saudi
Arabia
to
accept
an
offer
of
an
executive
position
with Tamimi & Fouad, a Saudi Arabian company.
In
1978,
seeking
a
more
entrepreneurial
role,
Mr.
El
Zein
accepted
an
offer
from
Sheikh
Mubarak
Al
Suwaiket
to
begin
a
catering
company
in
the
Saudi
Kingdom.
The
offer
included
the
right
to
focus
the
business
by
supplying
the
catering
needs
of
the
Saudi
Oil
Company,
Aramco.
That
business
was
very
successful,
and
it
provided
him
with
valuable
contacts
and
lifelong
friends
throughout
the
Middle
East.
Looking
towards
further
opportunities,
yet
also
wishing
to
spend
some
time
with
his
family,
in
1982
Mr.
El
Zein
returned
to
Lebanon
where
he
became
a
real
estate investor.
For
the
sake
of
his
family’s
future
and
safety,
he
moved
to
the
United
States
in
1985
as
a
political
asylum
and
worked
as
a
real
estate
investor
for
many
years.
In
1996
Mr.
El
Zein
started
a
financial
company
focused
on
home
lending
and
project
finance.
In
2004,
he
participated
in
a
number
of
real
estate
developments
both
within
the United States and also in the Middle East.
Mr.
El
Zein
has
had
many
years
of
experience
in
worldwide
finance,
real
estate
development,
and
buying
and
selling
of
international
commodities.
Now
based
in
South
Florida,
he
has
a
vast
network
of
business
contacts
throughout
Europe,
the
Middle
East,
and
Africa.
This
has
allowed
him
to
connect
numerous
companies
in
the
United
States
with
markets
and
investment
opportunities
in
the
Middle
East.
His
grasp
of
the
“big
picture”
in
international
finance
and
real
estate
development,
as
well
as
his
skill
in
properly
executing
projects
and
transactions
in
the
Middle
East,
led
to
his
present
position
as
the
Chief
Business
Development
Officer,
and
international financial advisor.

years

experience
in

and

He

leadership,
and

to

safety
and
security
programs
with
diversified
expertise
in
audits,
risk
mitigation
functions,
regulatory
compliance,
and
operations
management.
He
also
has
significant
talent
for
project
management,
staff
leadership
and
training,
and
strategic
problem-solving.
Mr.
Brown
is
highly
skilled
at
cultivating
cross-team
collaboration,
identifying
business
risks
and
process
improvement
opportunities,
and
to
implement
data-driven
strategies
to
ensure
